I'm with you on portion control when it comes to baking cookies, but then again, not much would stop me from simply eating the dough, so there goes that theory! As a tried and true fan of freezing cookie dough, I can also add that, well-wrapped, these would store up to 6 months in the freezer. Good luck not using them up in a week, though, right? Seriously...brown butter brown sugar. There should be something illegal about that combination of words in the title of a recipe.
